1. Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide to most countries.

2. How Long Does Shipping Take?
Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 8–18 business days

United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

Europe: 8–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days

Asia: 6–15 business days

Rest of World: 10–25 business days

3. How Long Does Order Processing Take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipment.

Processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, or promotional periods.

4. Will I Receive Tracking Information?
Yes.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.

5. Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.

After production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.

6. Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Yes, but you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

7. Do You Accept Returns?
We currently do not accept returns for refunds.

8. Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes.

Exchange requests may be accepted if:

Requested within 7 days of delivery

Item is unworn and unused

Original tags are attached

Item is in original condition

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

9. What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

Photos of the item

Photos of the packaging

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.

10. What If I Receive The Wrong Item?
Contact us immediately with photos and your order number.

We will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

11. Are Customs Fees Included?
No.

Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and local taxes are not included in product prices and are the buyer's responsibility.

12. Why Hasn't My Tracking Updated?
Tracking updates may take several days after shipment.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days, please contact us.
